The gym was small but sufficient, and the

overall ambiance of the hotel was really delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and the decorations were beautiful. However, breakfast was at a different hotel, which made things a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety with fresh pastries.

The lack of a trash can in the room was quite inconvenient.

Staying at this hotel was pure bliss. The room was spacious with elegant decor and a queen-size bed that felt just like home. I loved the rain shower and luxury toiletries in the bathroom. The location is fantastic for exploring, just a short walk to public transport and parks. Truly, a place I'd fall for again!

We loved exploring the Central Garden and catching a great music event nearby. Make sure to check out the breakfast, it's pretty solid. The staff was super friendly, which really added to the experience. Definitely recommend it for group trips!

Couple's getaway bliss

Check in was smooth, very friendly staff who treated us like we were in a 5-star place, even though it wasn’t really. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of options and the dining area was spacious. The staff was genuinely kind it felt like they actually cared about us.

i recently stayed at voco and it truly exceeded my previous experiences in madrid. the location was ideal, being close to public transport and the city park. i was really impressed by the comfortable bed and the excellent breakfast that featured freshly baked croissants and organic juices.
